CAMUK (Cameroonians in the United Kingdom) is a volunteer-run community organisation founded in 2023. It connects more than 2,400 Cameroonians and friends across the UK through events, mentorship and grassroots programmes designed around real-life support — settling in, careers, culture, and community.
Operating across London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, CAMUK runs monthly Sunday lunches, hiking and football meet-ups, a structured career mentorship programme, and an annual all-cities summer festival. The organisation is non-profit, funded by member donations and small partnerships, and does not currently employ paid staff.
